Dazzify's Terms and Conditions

Introduction

  • Welcome to Dazzify, your trusted platform for booking services and connecting with brands. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using Dazzify immediately.

User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 14 years old to use Dazzify.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and current.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Registration and Account Security

  • Account Creation: Users register using a phone number and verify their identity via OTP (One-Time Password).
  • Additional Information: Registration requires users to provide their name, email, gender, and birthday.
  • Account Responsibility: Users must keep their account credentials secure. Any actions performed under a user account are the responsibility of the account owner.
  • Account Deletion and Recovery: If a user deletes their account, they can recover it by contacting Dazzify Support.

Booking and Payments

  • Booking Services: Each service includes a name, description, duration, late limit, and details of what is included in the service.
  • Users must agree to the specific terms of the brand before confirming a booking.
  • Service providers can modify services at any time, including duration, description, and other details.

App Fees

  • Dazzify charges an app fee on all bookings. The fee amount will be displayed during the booking process.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings require two payments:
  • Down Payment: Paid at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • Last Payment: Paid before its specified expiration date.
  • If any payment expires, the booking will be automatically canceled.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • 1 day before the service date: 0% refund of the down payment.
    • 2 days before the service date: 25% refund of the down payment.
    • Custom Refund Policy: Brands may set custom timeframes and refund percentages, which will be shown during the cancellation process.
  • Refunds will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. If a calculated refund amount includes decimal fractions (e.g., 100.555), the refunded amount will be 100.
  • Refund Amounts Below 5 EGP: If the calculated refund amount is less than 5 Egyptian Pounds (EGP), no refund will be issued.

Messaging and Communication

  • Users can chat directly with brands for inquiries and updates.
  • App administrators can access chat messages to monitor for compliance and resolve disputes.

Issue Reporting and Resolution

  • Users can report issues through the app.
  • The system evaluates the issue and either accepts or rejects it based on the evidence provided.

User Conduct

  • Prohibited Activities:
    • Users must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the app’s security measures.
    • Users must not share false, harmful, or offensive content.
    • Users must not use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Account Suspension and Banning:
    • Dazzify reserves the right to ban or unban users for violations of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

Permissions

  • Dazzify requires access to the following:
    • Notifications: For booking updates, reminders, and promotional messages.
    • Photos and Camera: To upload profile pictures and share images in chat.
    • Location: Required for bookings involving location-based services.

Data Security

  • Dazzify employs advanced security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or breaches.
  • All sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely.
  • Any unauthorized attempts to compromise the app’s security will result in immediate account termination and legal consequences under Egyptian and international laws.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • Dazzify acts as an intermediary between users and brands and is not liable for disputes arising from services provided by brands.
  • The app is provided "as is" and without warranties.

Promotions

  • Dazzify may send promotional messages and emails to users. Users can opt out of such communications via app settings or by contacting support.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • Dazzify reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or add new terms at any time.
  • Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted in the app.
  • Continued use of Dazzify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

User Agreement

  • By using Dazzify, you agree to:
    • Comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws.
    • Use the app only for its intended purpose.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
